Still her I'm afraid.

My hated enemies so far:

Horrors, of which radiant and oozing deserve a special mentioning, high level grand master assassin, 1,1 K vampire lord or 200-300 multiple ranged damage nuke owner uniques in Ruined Dungeon, invisible uniques that almost kill you in one shot without you knowing even where the shot came from and dividing oozes.

And my own special: The Cronolith Twins. I'm probably doing something wrong in that fight because it's never a trivial fight for my characters and definitely much harder than the Daikara boss. Sometimes I even lose guys there.

Luminous horrors. Because you can run into them as early as the Old Forest, when your character is still a wimp. Dealing with a single one of them would be hard at that level, but packs of three? Crazy.

The worst time for a Luminous Horror would probably be as a Sun Paladin, though. I've heard they have it bad against them.

Or a Wildfire Archmage...

I absolutely detest brecklorns and skeleton mages. I cannot think of anything that pisses me off more than when I want to have a nice fun run with a dwarf only to get tortured/terrorized by a group of brecklorns. Skeleton mages are annoying for slightly more obvious reasons, assuming I don't have a good movement infusion/leap.

I feel like I need to emphasize how annoying Orc Grand Master Assassins are after getting destroyed by them in Reknor on Insane. Unless you have really high armor and hardiness, these guys can easily kill you in a hit on Insane before you can even see them. Other annoying Orcs include the High Pyromancers and Cryomancers since they Phase Door almost as much as Draebor and have annoying stuns and freezes as well as high damage.

I only play normal but they can definitely deal at least around 500 damage per round in Reknor -even on normal. And that is with massive plate.

Embarrassingly enough, my top 3 killers are..

Snakes: I guess I keep underestimating them or something, because I keep thinking "Oh, I'll kill them in like 2 bumps" and die because I don't want to waste resources. Hey, I never said I was good. x3
Cutpurse: The early ones really - me up sometimes. Like, getting one in the first room of Trollmire as a Cormac can be pretty bad. :/
Myself: Apparently I've killed SirVernus(one of my other characters) 12 times? I don't...get it.

Anyways, my most hated is maybe...the Sandworm Queen? While not really hard, blindness+collapsing tunnels can be really stressful. xP

Also, **** crystals. I've only recently been able to even play Shalores by skipping the Caves until later. Because crystals are lame. >.>;

The Withering Thing. His shadows have killed me so many times, I don't even feel saving going to HoG3 until I'm lvl 20 these days -_-

On my current run in the infinite dungeon (decided to go back to ToME after all the updates hit and most bugs were fixed up) I have to say that the worst enemies, bar none, were the greater multihued Wyrms in that one vault where you dig your way through into passages. I've actually faced down and defeated several of these (my last count was about 12) but I was fortunate to fight them when I actually had options to damage, heal, and escape with. All I can say is, your best bet at killing them is having an alchemist and a strong golem to deal with them, or hope you can lock them down somehow and stop them from hitting you with several breath weapons in one go. Especially annoying is the Sand Breath/blindness and their tendency to try and silence you, but I had very good saving throws so I could resist them most of the time. What I didn't resist my infusion cured.

As a bonus, when I entered ID #33, I found myself face to face with an oozing horror, a headless horror, a naga tide huntress just as I loaded up the level. A few turns of frantically ensuring my survival later (just as the tide huntress bit it from a lucky acid bomb infusion crit) a rare Bladed Horror (I think it was Shadowblade/Necro) and a duathedlen decided to join the party. These proceeded to overwhelm my poor Alchemist, and I cut my losses by teleporting away, thinking that I'd probably have a chance to heal up and revive my Golem in some safe corner. My teleport landed me near an Elder Vampire, a second duathedlen, a slimy ooze, and an elven mummy. I fought a rearguard action to some doors, and somehow managed to dps down enough of the new arrivals until I could use my healing infusion again. After that it was inevitable that I would win, so I then spent some turns licking my wounds and restoring my poor golem to a state of good health. I then picked my way across the dungeon back to where I was forced to flee, and found that the headless horror was dead. The oozing horror and the rare bladed horror were still alive, but not for long, though. I stomped them both in the rematch. One of the best fights I've ever had in a long while where both skill and luck played a part.

Horned Horror. His flurry and stuns kill me way too often.

Orc master assassin. I rarely die to them, but getting sneak attacked for 90% of your health while auto-exploring is not fun.

LOL, agree: when they are all "help me please" and then rush in the middle of a group of enemies so huge that even a demigod couldn't kill them all before they manage to kill the escort. :D
But I wouldn't count the Anorithil because she gives me the heal/shield talent tree and healings/shield are never enough, especially if they don't use recources, like the celestial-light talent tree.

But for me the first place goes to slaves (yes: the guys you are supped to free from the slaves compound), followed by the archmage of the Storming the City mission.
