It's also on the Telos Spire, but that's still not much use to an Archmage.

I bet not 1 in 100 players knows what 4.0% dam proc /acc means.... Thats some shit lazy programming there to be honest.
what does that mean? i have no idea!

That mean your proc damage (i.e: "Damage when the wearer hit (melee): 10 cold") is raised by 4% for every accuracy point you have.blargplean wrote:spiralrazor wrote:Just like the Accuracy things listed in weapons.

As you can get 50 accuracy pretty easily with 5 point in the combat training tree, that mean with a staff you get +50*4% damage =+200% damage on those proc (i.e: our 10 cold do now 30 damage).
On a tree with shadow combat, or by looking for small +10 item, you can get proc in the +50 damage range. Now +150 with a staff equipped. A telekinetic weapon with aura raised and conduit can do great damage if it is a staff, thanks to the "4.0% dam proc /acc"

Although, isn't that only for every accuracy point you have OVER the target's Defense?ooli wrote:That mean your proc damage (i.e: "Damage when the wearer hit (melee): 10 cold") is raised by 4% for every accuracy point you have.blargplean wrote:spiralrazor wrote:Just like the Accuracy things listed in weapons.
