Is posting comments on blog posts on http://te4.org/ not working?

I tried responding to this post and got a "Service unavailable" error, and this post suggests I'm not the only one who's having trouble.

I just did... I got this .
Your comment has been queued for moderation by site administrators and will be published after approval.
The submitted from address () is not valid.
Also the captcha is quite difficult to reads at times.
