Remove locked points from talents?

Hi guys,

I levelup on my stone warden my armour training over lvl 3 (at lvl 3 at start so we can dual wield shields) and it seems that it's not allowed to lvl after 3 and then I lost all the bonus with armour, armour hardiness etc (showing 0 bonus and before it was like +10 armour, +50% armour hardiness...). Since I didn't see this loss at first I kept it and now it's locked. Is there a way I can edit any character file to get my point back and the bonuses?
