It means that powers, saves, accuracy, etc, are no longer capped at 100 (displayed as ** ingame) This makes scaling past level 50 in the ID MUCH more controlled, and also affects late-game enemies, and nightmare/insane enemies with overscaled talents. The whole premise is to bring better balance.
Currently playing under the name Aura of the Dawn 4 down, 227 to go!

The new marauder talents allow a very powerful build. ATM this is my favorite melee class.
Using a str/con/cun build i managed to get the "Overpowered" achivement - over 6000 damage in a single hit (unlike arcane blades who get these numbers out of many smaller hits). In comparison, the rogue unlock is merely 600 damage in a single hit.
Great class, nice mobility, good damage, good survivability, the best things out of berserker, rogue and bulwark.

It should be on your local achievements, which in turn will be pushed online whenever you use an online-capable version, IIRC.

1.05e. Minions won't loose life while Necrotic Aura is turned off. Not necessarily a bad thing.

Looks like saves aren't compatible within 1.0.5-beta versions. 
I saved a game that was started a couple weeks ago, did a "git pull", recompiled, loaded the game, tried to go down the stairs, and got an infinite hang + Lua error.
(I'll paste the error here but I would assume the real cause is "you can't update git and continue playing").

Weapon Mastery (likely all of them, but tested Sword, Dagger, and Sling for sure) are not applying any bonus to damage. Physical Power does not increase nor does the % bonus apply.
Test performed: Made a new level one barbarian in 1.04 and 1.05, applied 1 point in "Weapons Mastery" generic talent for each. Compared character tooltip and character sheet damage for both, then double checked by attacking a creature.
Also, in 1.05e the icons in the level up screen for Technique / Combat Mastery wrap around to two rows. Hardly gamebreaking, just odd to look at. Oddly, it put 3 on one row, 2 on the next ... even though there is clearly enough room for them all to fit on one line.

Oozemancer mucus oozes will sometimes become immortal and then turn into a clone of the oozemancer, which has some very strange behavior and can crash the game. This is reasonably common, as my oozemancer had about 7 clones lying around by the time she defeated Atamathon. Also, despite being a thalore, the sludgenest did not appear for her.
Not necessarily a bug, but oozemancers are massively overpowered. Atamathon went down in about 15 turns with almost no effort.

It's for exotic Weapons Mastery, which sort of fell off the edge before.
