Does Flexible Combat trigger Shattering Impacts?

Was thinking of getting FC on my non antimagic beserker, but I'm focusing on shattering impact and don't want to get it unless it procs them. Couldn't find a definite answer through the search. Thanks a lot.

I am pretty sure that flexible combat can trigger shattering impact, but you are always limited to one shatering impact per turn.
