RSS feed for all of forum posts?

A stupid question, since I can hardly tie my own shoes, but ...

Is there an RSS feed for *all* forum posts? (I think there is one for news announcements, but I really want the posts, not announcements.)

If not, is it possible to add some magical rss code thingie, or trip some magical flag on the forum site, which would generate one?

I personally, and my Pulse app, would be very happy if there were one.

It's not in phpbb by default but there are mods to provide RSS feeds to users:

I think this would be pretty handy. Maybe only me and my dog would use it. Maybe only me. But it would be pretty handy for me.
