Transfered save-files, but lost unlocks+achevement-solution?

Hi there,
I am new to ToME and like it very much. Still with my first char, was looking forward to unlock something interesting for the next playthrough.
I am playing from various PC machines, and some of them have restricted internet access, so I cant use on-line profile all the time. What I do is transferring save-files(/.t-engine/4.0/tome/save/ - as official wiki suggest) on my USB drive, but recently realised, that my unlocks+achievements dont get transferred this way. So on every PC I play i have different unlocks
Is there some way to merge them together again?

Take your entire t engine folder instead.

Yea, I guess I should hove done that from the start! (maybe Wiki should be corrected in this matter).
But now I will have several different achievements.profile and allow_build.profile files - guess will try to merge them into single files with copy-paste...
