when looking at the new download screen after the release of rc1 i was most happy. there's a linux compile for 64 bits now! some time ago i spent most of a saturday on a linux forum figuring oout a way to make the game run under my 64 bits linux! it turned out i needed to install a package to add support for 32 bits software. at the expense of a friendly gentleman in spain, who supported me most of that day, until a most clever lady in the usa laid a finger on the sore. nowadays ubuntu 64 bits no longer needs 32 bits support, which has been removed from the standard distro.
thanx a million for for the 64 bits compile! it will save me work after a future fresh install!
sorry for being so technical. the gist of it that including the 64 bits version is most thoughtful! thanx again!
