Winner not updating

Well, I finally got a summoner to beat the end game. Oddly enough, he is not showing up as having been updated recently. I did have a lot of crashes when I left dungeons (the game would hang at 23%), and as a good Yeek he is now dead. Is there a way to upload the character file? Or is this some sort of glitch associated with that particular way to end things?
