Anyone got some tips? I need help. Just got owned yet again when going for Tempest Peak. So then I tried to go for Dreadfell with my last remaining life and got destroyed by some tentacle monster.
Was feeling quite pleased with my shadow blade build too, between my 2 shield runes and the 3 shields from my tree I thought I was good. It seems like what gets me everytime is getting mobbed and then stunned after I already used my wild.
General tips?

I'm not familiar with Shadow Blades but still, remember that you ***NEED*** stun resist. And confusion too, especially in Dreadfell/Daikara. These two conditions are killers, and when you have too many effects on you, wild infusions might be unreliable...

Actually, I rather disagree. You don't need stun resist at all. If you don't have a way to cure stun and you're fighting something that stuns, you should just run away.
For shadowblades, I think, your number one concern is not getting mobbed in the first place. I basically play them as super-mobile rogues. My favorite tactic is arcane eye, shadow step through wall, flurry if they're dazed, and probability travel back through the wall to safety.

Come back when you can cure your stun again?
I mean, it really depends on the situation. If you're going to die from being stunned, you should definitely run away. If you have enough shields/regens/whatevers so that being stunned for a few turns isn't going to kill you, and you have a way to get away /after/ you've been stunned, the you're fine.

That method doesn't really help if the enemy can heal itself. By the time you can cure your stun again, it can definitely stun again, and probably heal itself too. And next time you might cure something dumb like poison instead of stun. Or running away might not work because you get hemmed in or teleport somewhere useless or an ability fizzles.
If you can't deal with an enemy your first time around, you need more gear/levels/planning. Running away and just hoping to roll better next time will fail you in the long run.

Running's still helpful. Even if the enemy fully restores itself before you meet again, you generally regain the initiative. There's a world of difference between an enemy that is repeatedly stunning you and an enemy that you know will repeatedly stun you, given the chance.
Besides, bosses are significantly less dangerous without minions to back them up. Running away lets you lure the boss to someplace less crowded.
