After a few months on break from ToME, I decided to get back into it to take a look a the Solipsist Class. I've always liked psions, and to be honest the whole class, thematically, is really appealing to me. Can anyone tell me a little more about them, what their niche is, some tips and tricks, etc.?
Thanks to the developers for creating such a varied and exciting game!

Solipsists dont get a lot of HP (their life rating gets a -4 penalty and then HALVED on top of that! also constitution isn't as effective on them), but they are pretty good tanks, they get a talent that converts X% of all damage and healing + regen into PSI (at 5/5 and no cat point its a 90% conversion, they also get a MASSIVE PSI pool). Solipsists have many builds, you can be a tank, blaster, crowd control and possibly other things too (im going with tank!)
PS: So many talent trees...

I haven't played one yet, but based on that description, I bet corrupted negation is a !@#$% for them....

Not really, most of their defensive options are passive.
Addons: Arcane Blade Tweaks, Fallen Race, Monk Class, Weapons Pack
Currently working on Elementals. It's a big project, so any help would be appreciated.

Ah, see that's why I should play one before opening my mouth - I assumed the psi-damage-conversion talent was sustained...
