b40 Mindstar Mastery: How to obtain?

For a character that doesn't start with the talent tree, is there some way to get it, at present? Wanting to mess around with the mindstars on a weird character just for kicks, and haven't found much yes on how to pick up the talent tree if ya don't start with it.

I believe there's only one way, and that would be to betray a magic escort. Obviously this means you must be Anti-Magic, and then you can be offered the Mindstar Mastery talent tree, locked, like other escort rewards.

So not an option for non anti-magic, though I doubt you would find much use anyways
