"Greater Crypt" vault blueprints with added mspaint markers:

explored portion within the red outline
entering from the gap on the lower left, tripping the special traps marked blue at 2 and 3, which propelled me into the open room beyond, and the wall closing in behind me, replacing the door at the black line mark with hard wall.

cleared enemies, proceeded around the bottom, secret door leading down and around the bottom right, up to the rocky mountains through a secret rocky passageway. cleared the liches in the center of the rockies. special traps marked with blue at 4 and 5 are lone brown floor tiles that produce repeatable errors and no other effect:

the greater crypt vault blueprints on the wiki do not indicate any other potential means of escape or triggering anything special other than the special traps at 4 and 5 which produce the errors any time you walk over them. I think. here's a link to the vaults wiki:
