Alternate Save Locations?

I typically like to run ToMe of my flash drive since I can travel around with it but have found it tedious to cut and paste my character files over to a temp file on my flash drive then back onto the hard disk of the machine I end up using. Is there a way to change the save location to a designated folder on my drive?
