What can you sell to merchants?

I'm not sure if this belongs here or if there's a more appropriate board, it's my first post here and my first time playing ToME 4. I really like the game so far, but I'm sort of confused: is there a certain shop you have to go to in order to sell weapons and armour you pick up? Or can you only sell the gemstones/minerals you find like zircon and ametrine? If it's the latter I'd like to know, so I can stop carrying all these extra weapons and armour around. Thanks.

In beta 20(b), you can only sell artifacts and gems.

In the next release, you'll be able to sell everything again. (Or at least that's the status as of a few days ago; I haven't checked since.)

Ahhh, all right, thank you. Has there been any clue as to when the next release is going to come out? Would it be worthwhile to try and hang onto some stuff?

Characters cannot be loaded into different versions. Your beta 20 character will have to be finished in beta 20.

Darkgod has said that once he's out of beta, then he'll try to make saves that can be loaded into different versions.

And no, I have no idea what the timeframe is for beta 21.
