[b20] Massive nerfage of item drops

B20 has almost completely eliminated weapon and armor drops from monsters.

You now need to be very very lucky to equip a character with even the most basic requirements.

maybe my current shadowblade is very lucky. so far he found an iron dagger of defense, a steel dagger of cripling and a pair of travellers boots of uncanny dodging.

on the up side. what with the orb of scrying avaible as of birth, you don't get to have to carry loads of junk...
