Porting Save Games to b20 - Can I?

Greetings Fellow Adventurers (and DarkGod if you're currently up there...)

Loving the Game, glad that it is being actively developed, and real glad for the many upgrades to the game.
Just when I start cranking out some Level 20 + characters another Beta arrives!
I originally thought the 'Update' function on the Game Menu would seek the website and patch the game, but I think it checks for MODs instead.
So I install the newest version which is Awesome, but don't know if I can port my Killers from b19 to b20b.
The question is can I?
I'm dubious due to the plethora of changes to the new Beta, I'd hate to port them and blow the Engine or the characters due to internal conflicts...

And whilst I'm here? If I can Port my char's, how do I do it?

At this stage you will not be able to port characters from one beta to the next.

There will be an announcement about this at some point...
