right now i'm running archmages to reach the one million fire damage point. i'm not interested in stategy and tactics right now. my purpose is to do an awful lot of incinerating. i found the counter in my save folder stating the current amount, which is somewhat over 700,000.
my question is: will the pyromancy tree be available to the archmage who unlocks it, or only to not yet created archmages?

And just so you know, an alchemist is more efficient with unlocking the wildfire tree than an archmage.
