Nope. I've a suspicion it would be something like ...
The Climbing Set of Bogrund
It lets you climb mountains. It cannot be damaged by fire, cold, acid or electricity. You found it in a lesser vault on level 93 of Angband and were a bit disappointed when you *identified* it.

actually I think it can only be generated when you get a special fate...
that is "you feel like you will find something special on lvl xx."
then you would have to have it roll the climbing set as the base...
so the description would be "you found it lying on the floor on lvl such and such."

I think this was changed a few versions ago.
I once found a randart broken stick. That would be great for an archer.
