Highborn's bloom and drain abilities interactions

i dunno if this is a bug or not.

i wanted to try a niche build around the force shield from mindslayers, i thought that highborn bloom prevented the turn drain as long as the racial was active. but while i was keeping the sustain on and the racial active, the sustain was still draining psi.

i think this can happen to true grit, fearscape etc.
while it wont make this race broken, having the possibility to delay drain from abilities imho will open up to some fun and somewhat strong build that only with the power from higher can work, and i wish this could happen so they gain a little more importance
