I'm fluent in modding, coding, hacking, etc., just looking to get started on making a new class.

Can't seem to find where the stickies, or tutorial guides are.

Can someone point a finger in the general direction of where I can scour and read?

There aren't any. The closest you can get is the (nearly empty) Addons section on the wiki. You'll have to learn by reading code, both ToME's own and that of other addon authors. Unfortunately.
