[svn] Criteria for escorts to prompt betrayal?

Hi, I am playing the latest version of SVN. I have one install at home, and one install at work running the game. In my work install, I can sacrifice NPCs to Zigur before taking on the anti-magic path. I'd heard this was a new feature in 43, but for some reason on my home install it never happens. Is there an achievement that needs to be unlocked before this can be done?

Step 1: Create a character to visit Zigur. Read the sign to get the birth unlock.
Step 2: New characters that can see Zigur should get rid of any known spells and spell inscriptions (runes) before meeting an escort.

Shalore can remove the racials and runes, betray escorts, then learn 11 spells and side with grand corruptor.

You can do this with arcane blades too, its pretty cool.
