Cursed: a difficult start

#1 Post by Miruko »

Hi, i hope i'm not the only one who find very hard to start with the cursed class. With the b29 new tree is even harder: not only cursed chars take a lot of damage and die easily, now even the equipment is an enemy. Please can the initial values of the skill be rebalanced? It is a pain, really. Also the normal attacks seems to have a 90% chance of missing, at least the skill could have a bonus to the hit chance. Please show some love to this class, is fun at level 8 or above, but can't live enough to se that level.

Biggest problem is their low hit rate. Why do they miss so much more than other melee classes at level 1?

Honestly, I would have to say it's because they don't start with anything in weapon combat, and they have no +dex and depending on your race selection, could have little to no +str [the two governing stats of accuracy].

So, I would suggest putting your birth generic point into weapon combat every time and probably maxing str out until it hits 30 before investing seriously in any other stat.
