Better talent screen interface

It's already useful that you can remove a talent/item from the talent screen by clicking with the dx mouse button, it would be also useful to click'n'drag to swap talents. And perhaps to move them by group selecting with shift'n'click then click'n'dragging.

I would prefer a two coloumn display instead of the actual single coloumn, removing the [press 1] info that's quite obvious (perhaps it's better to put it in the pop-ups) since it's also on the left (except for the last two keys). This way you may check with a glance more talents.

This means 72 total talents instead of the actual 36. But I don't know about the hotkeys, since after plain key numbers, shifted and controlled... could be shift+ctrl for the fourth, alt for the fifth and alt+shift for the sixth.. Anyway I don't usually use key numbers, I prefer to click them.

However the twelve power jumps to the right and it's quite unaligned in 1024x768. I think it's better that goes down (so you can't see it in 1024x768) with an eventual two-coloumns configuration. I'd like the option to remove it, although it would be simple to render it useless hotkeying something irrelevant (that wouldn't show up if put down where cannot be seen in 1024x)... that because when I got a new power it goes in the next "open space" that could be the ugly unaligned confusing twelve slot :)

Some vertical line should be put between the two coloumns, to keep them distincted.

Ah I forgot, item with powers should show the power refill instead of the defense value, for example. It would be more useful.

Now I must do hell to put the rune of movement that I've got after the rune of manasurge leaving the same order for the other powers, even with a simple swap would be more quick.
See how looks ugly the flamewrought, it doesn't show the charge and shows unimportant info.
