Jumpgate Arena Compatability

Lines 64-67 and lines 335-388 in twilight.lua need to be commented out or deleted to work in the arena.

Since on level change now checks for a sustained jumpgate and deactivates it this code is probably redundant anyhow and shouldn't effect the rest of the game.
