* Stealth talent: Hide in Plain Sight (forces a stealth even with nearby monsters, resets stealths cooldown)
* Meta talent: Metaflow (reset cooldown of all spells)
* Call of the Wild talent: Nature's Balance (reset cooldown of all wild gifts)
* Lethality talent: Snap (reset cooldown of all techniques and cunnings)
* Fix ego item generation
* Add Wigths to Tol Falas (it definitively becomes a nasty place)
* Implemented the framework to allow to fly, pass walls, ...
* All 4 lines of Summoning talents implemented!!
* Drake-touched renamed to "Wyrmic"
* Wilder classes need to be unlocked, they are not present at first. Certain events unlock them (I'll spoil if you do not find them, but it's quite easy)
* Extended the staff story-line a bit, beware of nasty orcs!
Try to find how to unlock the new wilder classes, it's not very hard and I believe it can be fun for players to discover new options. And it also reduces the initial "OMFG so many choices .. what to do!" while still preserving the choice. (I have many, and I mean MANY, ideas of classes, races, ... that could be subject to such a system)

haven't started playing yet, but my main question is... will the shops eventually stop stocking potions of slime mold juice?, because that is what makes it easy to get that gift.
and I got a crash when I left the amon sul at low hp... hmmm, dun know why.
and finally, idea for tooltips, change mouseover to right-click.
oh, and one thing, I just noticed, stores constantly restock themselves when you are in town (add to inventory, but not replace). do you mean for this to be?
and (not so) finally, poison causes the player to stop (noticed this with summons last rft, this is the first time it did this with the pc though) running and moving dont work till the poison is up. (this is only poisons from traps, not monsters) (edit: ok, strangely enough, it is not just poison traps, and it is not all poison traps, it seems to affect most/some traps though) Aha!, found the culprit, running over traps makes you stop and have to rest the ongoing damage off before you can move
finally (yay editing), trying to run after casting sense (and presumably with telepathy on) results in the cant run, hostiles spotted message (make it so that they have to be in view, not just detected, or else the game becomes tedious for people with telepathy.
(ok fine, I am giving up with the finally, because as I was typing that last one, I remembered one more about running) if you are running and there is a hostile around a corner on the next corner, you wont stop running till you are next to them, no matter the distance from the one corner to the other (does that make sense?) (I can provide a screenshot with markers on it to explain myself)

death screen revision:
note that I put in another choice, you dont have to do that (it would be nice to have in later though). also I changed some spellings/grammar (mean -> means, and some punctuation)
(and hummerhorns are nasty)

I'll check Sense (and etlepathy, yes it should not prevent running)
As for running/resting, any damage taken cancels them (it should tell you why it cancels anyway).
For stores, you mean they keep filling up ?

actually, no, I never invested in it, just got it (my level was too low)... unless just getting it was supposed to do it, but the option to get it still isnt there. I do like the idea though, makes the game more interesting to play, though I suppose you keep the information that you unlocked it outside of the savefile, as the savefile is deleted on death.darkgod wrote:So you unlocked some classes ?

Yes unlocking is preserved outside of the savefile obviously
I am not sure what you are saying, you saw a screen popup telling you a new class was available ?
It is not for your current character, it opens the possibility for other characters

nope, no popups, no, nothing... (I did get the notification that I got the slime mold powers, but I was only lvl 2 or so, so no investing in the thing yet.)
it is only traps, try running (not walking) around and hitting a poison trap. Ok, here is a savefile.
and I found out that the shop bug (getting it) was also due to running... hmmm... so it looks like running breaks things...
[edit] hmmm, played a mage, got the slime mold talent, but it isnt showing up in my talent list now.

It is not only Poison traps... Essentially any trap that gives damage over a number of turns has this problem.
I still have the shop bug, so I will check on the running, I think you may be wrong.

yeah, I know that, but poison traps are the easiest to find, and "least dangerous" of the traps now, and actually, it is not just any trap that does damage over time, in my savefile (above), I am stuck in the non-move by a lightning trap 
some fun ideas for new traps in the forests/wherever your heart pleases
tangleweeds: pin a player for 1-2 rounds and then slow them for several more rounds. no or little damage.
slime pits: slow a player for several rounds. lowers air from falling in
corrosive slime pit: slows a player for several rounds, acid damage over this time, and lowers air from falling in
sandworm lair:
quicksand: like slime pits.
sandstorm: blinds the player. message reads: a gust of wind blows sand in your eyes (or something like that).
and sometime you should probably put in a possessive generator (to properly handle talents and their descriptions, and other various messages)

ok... completed the trollshaws, amon sul and the old forest with my wizard, went to do the maze and now time flies because I got this:

and do you want me to try my hand at making an icon for the game, if so, what size do you want it? 48? 32? 24? 16? and any particular theme too?

Ah yes you can fix it by removing the STEAL talent from the thieves in data/general/npcs/thieve.lua
I'll add steal later.

- When you encounter some events in the game you'll get a popup explaining you have unlocked a class, this means you can create a NEW character with this class, it changes nothing for your current one
- When you drink slime mold juice or eat the heart of the sandworm queen you get new talents available, for your character.
