Seems kinda weak to me and I'm the one who made it. Though, it could have some odd results when coupled with some of those artifacts that rely on having your speeds be low.

Cloak, or maybe Tool: Instant activate for ~6 turns of +Insane% Projectile Slow. High ranged defense. Other minor bonuses.

Shifting Stride: Boots
Gain +5% movement speed on any turn you (gain paradox/do temporal damage), stacking up to +50%, decaying at 2% a turn.
May activate to instantly teleport. This consumes all movement stacks and has a range of 1 per 10%. (Or maybe summon decoy clones instead?).

Dimensional Anchor Arrows

Belt: gives Contingency: Banish

Gravitic Bow: T1.
Rather than a bow, this is a curious artifact which propels arrows forward with artificial gravity.
+6 range. +300% travel speed. +10 gravity pin burst.

Fate's Web: Tool.
Activate for radius 6 pin for 4 turns. For 8 turns your defense/saves are boosted to the highest of the pinned targets'.
Addons: Arcane Blade Tweaks, Fallen Race, Monk Class, Weapons Pack
Currently working on Elementals. It's a big project, so any help would be appreciated. :)

These are basically done on my end.
Would be good to have other people give them a pass.
43 is probably a few too many as well, so many of the more boring ones should be pruned.
I'll probably throw in a few more chrono themed arts for non standard chronoclass equipment. (Neutronium massive armour!)

I very much disagree.

Aetherite Mail has arcane (as an element) themed and general magic themed abilities. The name has no chronomancy connection either. It's entirely void themed, which is an archmage thing, not a chronomancy thing. It just doesn't have anything except a bit of resistance and if you stretch it casting speed that has anything at all to do with time.

Emptyness doesn't have any time stuff at all except 10% resist. The damage type is one I don't remember seeing, but apart from that almost everything points at Cursed. It gives lifesteal, which is vim associated so there's a reaver/corruptor link. It gives darkness affinity which could tie into shadow magic or the cursed/doomed trees, but not chronomancy. It gives hate, which certainly ties into cursed/doomed. It gives mindsave, which is usually associated with mindpower powered items. It gives fear immunity, which is also usually associated with mindpower powered items. It has a curse, which is definitely cursed associated. The name is associated with grief and loss, not time. There's no reason to think this would be chrono themed.

Chronomancy has more themes than just time and space.
Aetherite Mail is the energy counterpart to the matter Black Star Plate. So it fits the matter/energy theme.

Void as an arcane theme is not very strong. All it has going for it is a couple of artifacts which also do fire/cold/lightning/acid and Losgoroths which do arcane damage.
Void as a chrono theme also has two artifacts which are based on temporal/darkness elements. The Void damage type is temporal/darkness. Void is just empty space, which has more to do with chronomancy than mana.

Aetherite Mail is armour made of an alien material resembling crystallised energy. Sure it protects you from arcane energy, but so does a variety of antimagic things which are nature themed.

Emptyness is sphere of nothingness attacked to a handle. Yes, it is useful for a Cursed, but its theme is Void.

You were complaining you had too many temporal artifacts. I'm trying to help cull the list.

Penitence isn't an example of a good artifact. It's completely at odds with the capabilities of those who allegedly made it. None of the Angolwyn associated magics do what the staff does or anything really similar.

Emptyness as a temporal artifact is also not a good artifact. Emptyness as loss can generate hate. Emptyness as void cannot. There's nothing there. As a temporal artifact it's very badly off theme, not because it's good for a non-chronomancer class, but because it effects resources that are at odds with all of the chronomancer themes. Fear, hate, and life drain do not fit your description as a sphere of annihilation with a handle. They fit a grief/loss themed artifact.

The Aetherite Mail doesn't make sense as the energy counterpart to the Black Star Plate. The plate handles all physical damage. The mail only stops one kind of energy damage. The antimagic things that protect from arcane are anti magic. They resist arcane because it's the rawest form of magic. Chronomancy is not anti magic. It has no reason to care in particular about arcane any more than it does about fire or lightning. If it gave +all and -physical that would be an argument for being anti-energy armor, but +arcane doesn't make sense because chronomancy doesn't care about magic. Energy in chronomancy always seems to wind up meaning temporal or not-physical. Not a single specific damage type.

You don't need to quote the whole post to respond to it when its directly above yours.

But anyway, the artifacts don't need to be strongly themed as chronomantic, they just need to be interesting and not clashing too much with existing things.

Penitence wasn't given as an example of a good artifact, it was given as an example of theme, abilities and targeted class being completely different. It does however fit the lore perfectly. The mages felt very guilty about their part in the Spellblaze, and as their penitence they went around the continent curing diseases in secret.

There is not reason Emptyness cannot have two themes. I'd suggest it could be not chrono themed at all, but then their would be complaints about it doing temporal damage.

Aetherite Mail isn't a single resist type. Giving it resist all minus physical could work though.

I think you are being too literal about 'chronomancy themed' and I don't see any point to this nitpicking.
