No escorts on boss levels?

Is there any chance the escort quests could be limited to non-boss dungeon levels? Rescuing an escort from The Master, or even from Wrathroot, is quite the challenge. Sometimes the escort has room to run away while you deal with the boss, but a lot of the time, the escort just gets instagibbed.

I'd rather see an intentional placement of the bosses away from the stairs, so it'd still be a possibility (just more unlikely). Getting jumped by the Master right as you come up the stairs is a little anticlimactic anyway.

Still leaves Anorithils with a problem. They always have the boss spawn immediately next to them, and it's not even on 'boss levels', since it can occur on floor 2 of dungeons, at the least. If an escort is generated, it is automatically generated NEXT to you, thereby placing it next to the boss as well... Still, you would solve the other issues with it using that.
