Actually, I was getting drain off of my unique axe (skullsplitter, I think?). It was an iron axe, which makes that less of an issue, but if it comes in ring form too, that's all *sorts* of abusable. I like the flavor of the hasting effect - it gets your regen inscription (and other similar effects) that much closer to being a free action. That's cool. Honestly, having Fungal Growth just not trigger on heals below a certain point would do the job fine. Something like - if the heal is less than twice your level, it doesn't trigger. That should keep it down, by and large, to deliberately triggered heals, which is basically what we want.
