First, i want to say that TOME is a great game in itself and that by no means needs to be changed at all
i'm writing this post because I get bored of most things really fast, so to fix that i need to constintly play different games. TOME has kept me hooked for a fairly long amount of time but i've finnaly grown bored. I also really enjoy changing the game.
I want a to start a module that anyone can contribute to, and all the ideas(that are balanced) can be added to. A module by the people for the people! So if anyone wants to make this module, return posts!
If anyone wants to submit anything for this module at all, a new class, race, anything! even a single item would be nice. I want to make this a module that isn't restricted by the tolkien/TOME universe. Many things could be added that are based on tolkien's universe but would seem to wierd so are left to other variants. In my opinion, TOME is the best variant ever from the original premise of Moria. Also it is the easiest to change because of the LUA scripts.
My short term goals for this project are to add some new races classes and magics.
Long term is to get a larger wilderness, packed with different small dungeons quests and as many new features as anyone can think of
Check out my module "New Stuff"
i'm not very good at LUA programming, nor can I change the source code so anything at all is welcome

All okay with me, but please try to stay on-topic with this one guys. The very nature of the topic gives room for a lot of off-topic discussion, so please try to stick with the origional idea.
There have been a lot of good ideas. Just look through the Ideas forum. My personal favorite is the idea for artifact bags. The Red Velvet bag halves the weight of an item, and the Cedar Box duplicates a (small) item that is placed inside after a long time.

And it was such a good idea...
