Trying to find an old angband variant, that I no longer have or remember the name of. The sole defining feature I remember was that it could generate a file of new 'random' monsters, and you could replace the normal set with those. As such, you could completely replace all normal enemies with completely randomized normal enemies. I cannot find this, and google is being unhelpful (or my google-fu is weak.)
Can anyone here remember this feature from an angband variant, and which one it was? Bonus points for providing a working download link!

Hmm... I don't think I ever played that variant. About the weirdest one I played was SAngband.
And it was such a good idea...

That's a really cool concept, regardless. It makes me wish I played Angband...

I have never heard of it either. Maybe you should ask on the Angband forums over at oook.
