Small Water Cave

I know the small water cave entrance is in Moria. Is it on a specific level? Is it noticably different to look at or is the description different perhaps? And, is it one of those 'find it first time or it is lost forever' things, or can you come back later to find it?

it is on a specific level (33 or 34 I believe) and it is not a one time thing, you can go back whenever. The stairs to go there will be a purple color instead of yellow.

Hmmm... You sure it's one of those 2 levels? I have been up and down those levels about 20 times now mapping out the whole level each time, and not once have I had a < or a > any colour other than grey or brown... 34 and 33 are 1 and 2 levels up from Orc Town?

I think it's Moria level 40 but it's been a while since I played T2. (The Water Cave's "levels" are those two for some reason though.)

It is 40. I need to "l"ook at each down stair to find the right type- they aren't colored differently on my display. About half of the >'s on the level go down and half to the SWC. It works the same as the entrance to Mt Doom.
