A Scroll of Acquirement?

I found one of these in a dungeon town scribe's shop while scumming for a scroll of craftsmanship (is it remotely likely that I'll ever find one? I found a second scroll of artifact creation, but tome crashed shortly afterward, as my automat file was screwed up). Looking at the source, there's also a scroll of *acquirement*. I found a junkart with a similarly named effect (a maximum quality of good, blegh). Is this scroll similarly useless? It's price leads me to believe otherwise.

Cool! I "found" a craftsmanship scroll.

Acquirement scrolls generate an item that is guaranteed to be at least excellent. *Acquirement* generates several items. Acquirement junkarts make items that are guaranteed at least good, which is much less useful.
