Wands of charm for sale?

Been doing laps of the towns looking for a wand of charm - I worship manwe and a roomful of priests/paladins does not help my already very negative piety. The orc caves is where I home to get it back up.

Do the magic shops ever sell wands of charm? or do I have to find one myself?

I'm 90% sure that the only time I see them in the shop is after I sell them. You ought to be able to find them in the orc caves.
