I'm not sure if this is where this goes...
But I downloaded tome-300alpha03-win.zip and I tried to delete it, but the 8X13 font refuses to be deleted.

Log out then relogin. Or use one of the various "file unlocking" applications. Windows (XP at least) doesn't like having cached font files deleted.
