Latest Version of Tome 2.X Compiled for Windows.

Hi, back in August I was attempting to get tome 2.x compiled on windows, ran into difficulties, posted for help and due to internet issues never came back to elaborate on my problems. Today I handed if off to my fiance and she managed to get it compiled because shes a genius. Since its hard to do, and I've seen others asking about it, I thought I would upload it to a google drive and share it here for people to find.

Exactly what version is this? "Latest Version" is s bit ambiguous, at least to me.

I'm not sure which version number it is. The change log says 2.3.10-ah, but the gitorious hub claims there was a commit made back in January and I dunno what the official number would be. :-p
