I play 1.7.6 on Linux. I start a temporal warden character, accept the initial quest, kill the weaver queen and the temporal defiler. The quest is finished and I get the next one, but enemies are still arriving from the edge of the screen and I still have the extra HP that I got to fight the tempor...
