ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Interesting find! It seems like a clear oversight in the Necromancer's skill. The skeleton archers scaling differently is definitely unintended. I wonder if this also affects other skills down the line? Would be great if the developers could address this, as it impacts build balance.
