I sort of think the other way around on it: if you come across something in the mythology that you think would be nifty to include and it would be suitable to model it on the Black Breath, go for it, but don't keep the Breath in for its own sake.

I am personally not a big fan of the SAN system being applied in basically any non-Lovecraftian game. If madness has the kind of defined effects you describe and is supposed to be the result of a curse, why not make it an on-off flag? I don't see curses as being likely to make you just a little bit ...

Doesn't water Channeling also have a knockback effect, or has this been removed without my noticing? Immediately after Geomancy was introduced, I had great fun going south of Bree, channeling the water, and watching a hydra get knocked back several times along the path of the beam until it was final...

If Angel subraces are retained as they currently are in T-Plus, it should probably also give different spells to different types of angels at some levels at least. (I voted for bookless skill.)
