Same issue. Win 11 Home 23H2 (64 bit), Ryzen 7950x3d, geforce 4090. Integrated graphics being enabled/disabled in BIOS doesn't change anything. When opening the game the game window appears but never actually loads. Clicking on the TOME4 window makes the windows error message appear: "TOME4 is ...
