thank you for pointing me to a mod that fixes this! any reason this is intended? I think Auto-Use talent were just blanket excluded from the Rest waiting because an Auto-Use talent with no condition would cause infinite resting. Auto-use talents not waiting for cooldown when resting.

When resting most talents will wait for their cooldowns to reset before you finish resting. However if a talent is set to auto-use it will be ignored when resting.
