Hi, I like Ogres and I like Arcane Blades so I wanna play an Ogre Arcane Blade. 1) In-game tooltip for Grisly Constitution says that it only reduces OFF-HAND procs. All the threads I could find only talk about reducing all procs, as far as I understood. Which one is it at the moment? 2) Am I correct...
