Hello; So I own ToME on Steam (Twice actually, I bought it on my husband's account as well.) I have now limited room on this PC and do not want to use Steam/GoG Galaxy. My Steam account and ToME are linked, I noticed that I have my full paid stuff (expansions and such) even when I play without steam...
