I am not sure are this is contering as bug or as a feature - but this is annoying me :( 1. I am a necromancer, and i have a Scepter of Archlich. This Scepter grants +0.2 to talent categore "Animus". 2. Also i have prodigy "swift hands". So in second equipments set i place another...
