The 1.7 Aether Permeation prodigy is quite good. Not sure if it can replace cauterize in madness but for insane and below it is a real life saver. It prevents dispel and make you immune to it for 6 more seconds, automatically. Losing your buffs and sustains as PM is one of its biggest run killer. Th...
