I found ancient Rags of the Sanctuary of Linariil. It's a T1 cloth armor and a cosmetic item?! What's that good for?

Its description says that it can be enchanted. How (or where) can I do that?

I couldn't combine it with a plain (white) ash longbow but I created a cristalline shield out of a plain (white) dwarven-steel shield.

Why is that? Its item description says combine it with a weapon....

Hi,

I found a swiftstrike bow, it comes with projectile speed +200%. This offsets the 10% loss of attack speed from Precise Strikes. Is there something else changed by tripling the projectile speed?
