The *bug* you describe occurs when an NPC that qualifies for antimagic bonuses is spawned with Gaping maw, and a character that doesn't qualify for antimagic bonuses picks the artifact up.

The path ...\Tales of Maj'Eyal\game\modules should include a file called tome-1.7.2-music.team

Copy this file to somewhere else; either open it directly with 7zip or rename the file from .team to .zip, then open it.

It should contain the various music tracks as .ogg files.
