ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

In 1.7.2, the gale force torque states: "...project a gust of wind in a cone knocking enemies back..." However, this appears to target allies as well (at least, Norgan in dwarf start is getting hit by it). If intended behaviour, text should instead use the "all targets" phrasing.
