Still work in 1.6.7. I just tried it with my Ogre Temporal Warden:
  1. activate Haste (31%)
  2. put both wormholes closed to the target
  3. use a 1250% movement infusion
can hit the target with arcane explosions about 18 times in a turn :lol:
